Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of darthworks.com (the "Site"), operated by Darthworks (Pte. Ltd.) ("Darthworks," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Darthworks

Darthworks designs and installs audio visual systems and LED displays for corporate spaces, events, and museum and exhibition environments across Singapore. Our services include system design, supply, installation, and ongoing technical support.

The Site is informational and exists to introduce our work and let you start a conversation with us. Nothing on the Site should be read as a binding quotation, offer, or contract.

2. Enquiries and Project Engagements

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form, email, WhatsApp, or Telegram does not create a contract between you and Darthworks. Any project, whether for design, supply, installation, or support, is governed by a separate signed proposal, quotation, or service agreement, which will set out scope, pricing, payment terms, and timelines.

Where these Terms and a signed project agreement conflict on a project specific matter, the signed agreement takes priority.

3. Use of the Site

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without our written permission

• Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted areas

• Upload harmful code or interfere with the Site's normal operation

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We may restrict or suspend access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, project photography, videos, logos, and design, is owned by Darthworks or used under licence from our clients and partners, and is protected under Singapore intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our written consent.

Project names, client names, and case study details shown on the Site are included with permission or drawn from public sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep project details, service descriptions, and other Site content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on the Site is complete, error free, or fully up to date at all times. If you rely on Site content for a decision, please confirm the details with us directly.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the Site will operate without interruption or error, and any reliance you place on Site content is at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Singapore law, Darthworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data or business opportunity. This limitation does not apply to project work carried out under a separate signed agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

8. Third Party Tools and Links

The Site may link to or use third party tools, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and map services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or data practices of these third party services once you leave the Site or interact with them directly.

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any visitor who breaches these Terms or for operational reasons, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the update.
